When will my payment go through?

We use PayPal as our credit card Gateway for internet payments.  Your payment will be process in real time and you will receive confirmation from PayPal that the payment was successful, as well as an order confirmation from DDS.  DDS will no longer see any credit card information. This will all be handled on PayPal's secure servers.

When will I receive my products?

As of yet, we are not set up to allow "instant" download of our software after payment is made.  We are looking into this option and may implement it in future, should we determine it to be cost-effective.  For now however, we will continue to send you keys and serial numbers separately when we receive your order, and confirmation of payment.  This means that orders placed on the weekend, will not be filled until the following Monday, even though your credit card will be charged when the order is placed.
