February, 1996

Because we are a small (2 person) company, we have had to make some changes in order to:

  1. process your orders and technical support questions in the fastest time possible
  2. leave some time for Dave to do new product development, product enhancements, as well as answering the tech support questions.

This means that we will not be doing technical support or take orders directly, over the phone. We have a secure answering machine and fax to take your orders (all company purchase orders will be confirmed by fax). All technical questions or tech support questions should be sent to us through our online tech support form, or by fax (613-256-5821). Please include your phone number, should Dave need to reach you directly to clarify your problem. In the past, the number of telephone calls has been more than we could deal with efficiently, while still having time to work on new or existing products, leading us to find another alternative. We are sure that you will find that the service you receive from us in this manner (although not direct), will be the quickest possible.
